PPGGNY University Seminar: Gift Plans You Need to Know

By Davida Isaacson

Gift plans you offer, gift plans you accept. What’s the difference and why does it matter? We will lay out these plans, discuss the pros and cons for the charity and, of course, for the donor.  As an attendee of this session you will see how easy it is to raise planned gift revenue with few resources but smart education (a/k/a marketing).

This session has been approved for CPE and CFRE Credits.

Advanced Seminar: Estate Planning 2019-2020 What Clients are Doing Now; Charitable Update

By Martin Shenkman, CPA, MBA, PFS, AEP, JD

With the possibility of a change in administrations in 2020, and in any event with a reduction by ½ in the exemption in 2026 what should clients be doing now? The Sanders tax proposal may be a template for what a Democratic administration, if elected, will propose. How does this affect planning and what does it mean to charitable giving professionals?

This session has been approved for CPE, CLE and CFRE Credits.

Financial aid is available for Attorneys and Paralegals pursuing CLE credits. Click here for more information.
