Options, Choices and Flexible Payments:  The Gift Annuities Your Donors Want

Session by Dr. Scott Janney, Ed D, CFRE

Participants will explore and discuss options, benefits and motivations that make Charitable Gift Annuities (CGAs) attractive to more prospects, including people who aren’t usually identified as ideal CGA candidates.

This advanced session will discuss the Deferred Gift Annuity and its more adaptable cousin, the Flexible Gift Annuity, Gift Annuities funded to provide dependable, lifelong income for a donor’s parent or friend, choosing a Single Life CGA when both spouses are living, and the “College Tuition Gift Annuity”.

We’ll discuss why your marketing and discussions of these versions of the tried-and-true CGA, must start with the well-understood benefits of regular CGAs. This session qualifies for CPE, and CFRE Credits.

Financial aid is available for Attorneys and Paralegals pursuing CLE credits. Click here for more information.
