Events Overview

We are committed to mastering the principles and practices of estate and planned giving through education and member resources.

Each year, PPGGNY presents eight Luncheon Meetings, two Education Seminars, and an Annual Conference. See Events Calendar for details or go directly to registration.

Annual Conference

The New York Philanthropic Planning Symposium (NYPPS) is the acclaimed annual conference of the Philanthropic Planning Group of Greater New York and is the Premier event in the Greater New York area for those interested in Planned Giving and Major Gifts. Held each spring, NYPPS gives new and experienced professionals an opportunity to gain fresh viewpoints and ideas from four educational tracks.

Luncheons

Luncheons are held eight times a year typically on the 3rd Wednesday of the month from September through April at 3 West Club in Manhattan.

Annual Luncheon Packages are available for $430 to members only, a potential savings of $50. Non-members may purchase the Luncheon Package for $600. Credits for unused luncheons are not refundable. If you register for an Annual Luncheon Plan, you are automatically registered for all luncheons.

Seminars

Seminars may be offered throughout the year as individual events (i.e., not associated with any other event). Seminars are usually 2-hour events from 10:00 - Noon, but the duration and format is subject to change. Light morning refreshments are served at Seminars. The Seminar registration fee for all participants is $50.

The Masters’ Forum

The Masters’ Forum is a facilitated discussion group offered by invitation only to PPGGNY’s most experienced members. The topics, duration, and format of the Masters’ Forum are tailored to the expressed interests of the participants.
